Secure workspace access
Sign in to Talkya.
Approved owners and doctors use their assigned account to open protected Talkya workspaces. CRM, EHR Med Spa, and EHR Chiro have separate entry links. There is no public sign-up path for clinic records.
Access rules
- Owner login can review doctor workspaces and practice-level reporting.
- Doctor login opens only that doctor's assigned CRM and EHR workspace.
- Cash-pay chiro EHR avoids insurance workflows and focuses on SOAP, care plans, packages, and forms.
- New accounts are provisioned internally after identity and clinic approval.
- Do not send passwords, patient records, or one-time codes by email or chat.
