Use this page to request deletion of eligible Talkya account, website, or connected-platform data.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the email address, business name, and connected service, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, CRM, EHR, or website lead form, that the request relates to.
What we delete
After we verify that the requester is authorized, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal information, website lead details, connected integration records, and service data that we are not required to keep for legal, security, audit, contract, billing, or compliance purposes.
Connected Meta, WhatsApp, and Instagram data
If a client disconnects a Meta, WhatsApp, or Instagram integration, Talkya will stop using the disconnected permissions for that client and will delete or de-identify eligible integration records upon request, subject to legal, security, audit, and customer-agreement requirements.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or we need more information to verify authorization, we may ask for additional details.
